We had a FAIRLY NICE time staying at this hotel. Smooth check-in and late check-out, plus the staff was extraordinary service-minded. Separate bedroom with a luxury bathroom. It was bright overall.

Views appeared to be uninspiring.

Everything was fab and the view was marvellous. We liked to spend 2 days in twin/double room. Everyone working at this rare hotel was knowledgeable.

It was spotless, the staff was absolutely fantastic, plus the service was friendly. I enjoyed the double room. The full English breakfast was abundant and had excellent food. Very central location, amazing base for discovering Boot

The views were bad and there were very old beds too.

Welcoming service, absolutely brilliant staff, breakfast was hot, bed was large. Captivating view of lake. Easy to get to and near the beach.

Facilities were beautiful, though internet was terrible.

we would stay here again, if we come to boot. really comfy beds. moreover, free wi fi was a welcome feature. cafe bar is a very nice plus.
